Job description

We are working in partnership with a highly successful global leasing organisation in their search for an Account Manager to act as the operational point of contact for a number of their key clients. 


If you are an automotive professional who prides yourself on high standards of customer service and have a background in fleet management, our client would be delighted to speak with you. You will be a recognised relationship specialist with a background in managing large fleet clients.


The Role:

  • Act as the main operational contact for key clients
  • Build excellent relationships with Fleet Managers
  • Ensure clients' queries are handled efficiently and meet all SLA terms
  • Proactively partner with Fleet Manager clients ensuring a high level of customer service and support 
  • Responsible for all logistical and planning requirements for the replacement cycle of the fleets
  • Provide monthly reports relating to invoicing, KPI’s and SLA targets 
  • Investigate, review and resolve client complaints while adhering to correct policy within agreed guidelines
  • Plan, prepare and attend monthly operational meetings with clients


    Requirements

    • Fleet experience essential
    • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
    • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
    • Customer driven with the ability to deal and build relationships with individuals at all levels of the business 
    • A professional approach demonstrating high standards and levels of performance
