Job description

A well established dealership with a top 5 franchise in Co. Meath is hiring an Aftersales Manager to establish a new target driven approach to its operations. You will have a high level of autonomy to develop the Service and Parts Departments from the ground up.


The Role:

  • Work with management to set and meet KPIs and targets for the Service and Parts departments
  • Ensure departmental profit margins are achieved in line with budget forecasts and annual objectives
  • Identify opportunities to achieve maximum revenue and profitability through the sale of labour and partsĀ 
  • Implement processes to grow, retain and enhance levels of customer satisfaction
  • Foster a culture of customer focus, setting clear objectives and targets
  • Ensure warranty procedures are followed correctly to ensure prompt recovery of monies due
  • Maintain control of Department costs, stock and budget
  • Recruit, coach and appraise team to ensure they are operating to full potential

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience as an Aftersales Manager in a franchised dealership
  • Experience of working in a target driven environment
  • Highly customer focused with demonstrable success in driving retention
  • Demonstrable ability to influence service and parts teams to effect change
