Job description

One of Ireland's top performing dealership groups is seeking an Aftersales Manager for its premium franchise. This group has been awarded for the performance of its Aftersales function and is recognised as an employer for choice.


The Role:

  • Manage and develop a customer-oriented and profitable Aftersales department
  • Implement dynamic team process strategies to increase operational production growth and motivation
  • Maintain customer relations to ensure long term growth in sales and profits and retained customer satisfaction by ensuring the delivery of quality work
  • Work alongside the marketing department to develop strategies for customer acquisition and retention
  • Oversee CRM database management to ensure customer records are properly maintained

    Requirements

    • Currently operating as Aftersales Manager/Service Manager in a large franchise dealership
    • Minimum 5 years Aftersales/Service Manager experience
    • In-depth understanding of the Aftersales function
    • Demonstrable success in driving the performance of an Aftersales team
    • IT literate, particularly with MS Office¬†
    • Strong technical knowledge
    • CKD proficiency advantageous
