Job description

We are working with one of Ireland's top vehicle distributors who are seeking an Aftersales Consultant to drive productivity and efficiencies throughout its network in Ireland. The Role:

  • Partner closely with the dealer network to contribute to the development of a commercial aftersales strategy for the group in Ireland
  • Evaluate aftersales performance and make recommendations to implement change in business operations
  • Establish process improvement initiatives to to enhance and professionalise the provision of aftersales services across the network
  • Provide expertise and communicate best practices to improve parts and service business performance and opportunities 
  • Develop a customer-centric approach and consult dealers on the utilisation of CSI performance initiatives
  • Coordinate appropriate training programmes as required

Requirements

  • 7+ years experience in automotive aftersales management
  • Existing Head of Aftersales or senior Aftersales Manager with an automotive distributor 
  • Proven track record in driving profitability across a distributor's aftersales function
  • Ability to initiate change and improvements across a dealer network
  • Commercially astute with an ability to interpret financial data and communicate it effectively
