Job description

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Sales Executive or existing Sales Manager to join a new dealership as their new Brand Manager. The successful candidate will be offered a highly rewarding comp & bens package along with significant career development opportunities.


The Role:

  • Responsible for all sales activities including sales, marketing, customer service and importantly, brand development
  • Ensure the dealership and its brand become synonymous with the region through innovative brand awareness campaigns and through establishing key relationships with both businesses and individuals within the local community
  • Present monthly results to GM and ensure unit and profit targets are met in line with group and distributor requirements
  • Manage team performance to achieve key targets and deliver continuous improvement
  • Continuously review and improve sales processes and systems to deliver increased levels of customer satisfaction whilst maximising profitability

Requirements

  • A proven track record of achieving sales/revenue targets within a franchise dealership
  • A respected leader with excellent motivational skills
  • Strong understanding of financial reporting and modern sales techniques
  • Evidence of managing a team of sales executives in a dealership environment
