Job description

We are working with a premium dealership in the North-East in their search for their next Brand Manager. The ideal candidate will be an existing heavy-hitter Sales Manager within a premium environment. This business has a huge catchment area covering 5 counties and has a product range that is among the highest-performing in the industry.

The Role:

  • Manage a team of sales executives, working towards agreed sales targets
  • Analyse sales and revenue reports and make future forecasts
  • Prepare and control budget aiming for maximum efficiency
  • Forecast goals and objectives for the sales department.
  • Keep abreast of market trends to determine the need for improvements in the dealership
  • Motivate and monitor the performance of sales executives
  • Assist in the development of advertising campaigns and other promotions


  • Proven experience as a sales manager, ideally with a premium dealership
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Excellent organising and leadership skills
  • Analytical mind and familiarity with data analysis principles
  • Proficiency in automotive sales software
  • Professional manufacturer training in the areas of compliance an data protection an advantage
