Job description

We are working with a premium dealership in the North-East in their search for their next Brand Manager. The ideal candidate will be an existing heavy-hitter Senior Sales Executive/ selling Sales Manager within a premium environment. This business has a huge catchment area covering 5 counties and has a product range that is amongst the highest-performing in the industry.


The Role:

  • Manage a team of Sales Executives, working towards agreed sales targets
  • Analyse sales and revenue reports and make future forecasts
  • Prepare and control budget aiming for maximum efficiency
  • Forecast goals and objectives for the sales department
  • Keep abreast of market trends to determine the need for improvements in the dealership
  • Assist in the development of advertising campaigns and other promotions

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Senior Sales Executive/ Brand Manager with a premium marque
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Analytical mind and familiarity with data analysis principles
  • Proficiency in automotive sales software
  • Connection to the North East
  • Professional manufacturer training in the areas of compliance and data protection an advantage
