Business Development Manager

Job description

We are working with a highly established leasing organisation who provide corporate leasing solutions to businesses across Ireland. As Business Development Manager, you will develop a sales strategy specifically targeting the SME sector in Ireland.


The Role:

  • Maximise lease opportunities across the Irish SME sector
  • Plan, allocate and monitor own sales strategies, targets and sales performance so that profitability, growth and revenue targets are met or exceeded
  • Build strong account management relationships with allocated customers
  • Accurate preparation and timely submission of quotations with full and complete follow up and reporting
  • Develop customer relationships to enhance profit levels and penetration of services

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years experience as fleet sales/vehicle B2B Sales Executive
  • Demonstrated success and proven track record of sales in a corporate leasing environment
  • Experience of tenders and or winning complex new business deals
  • Market awareness and understanding of the challenges of customers and competitors
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
