Business Development Manager - Fleet

Job description

We are partnering with an expanding fleet and leasing organisation in their search for a Business Development Manager. This is a key appointment for the business and as BDM, you will be responsible for building new customer accounts in the Dublin region.


The Role:

  • Identify and grow new business opportunities to deliver fleet solutions to SMEs and blue chips companies
  • Develop existing fleet customer relations within assigned territory, leading to sales generation according to pre-established sales goals and proft objectives
  • Influence, negotiate and close sales with the best interest of the company and the customer in mind
  • Manage leads, opportunities, pipeline and business development activities using sales software
  • Communicate regularly on sales progress within the sales cycle and preparing reports on KPIs

Requirements

  • 3+ years fleet business development experience with proven record in sales growth 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills 
  • Business acumen, with strong financial and analytical skills 
  • Superior organisation and time management skills 
  • IT skills including MS Office
