Client Support Specialist

Job description

We are working with a highly established leasing organisation who provide corporate leasing solutions to businesses across Ireland. They are hiring a Client Support Specialist to assist in the management and administration of new lease agreements and help drive efficiencies and customer service standards.


The Role:

  • Management of new vehicle orders, customer agreements, account setup and vehicle returns
  • Provide high quality service through daily communication with customers and suppliers
  • Coordinate with sales and maintenance departments to enhance process efficiencies and customer satisfaction
  • Handle client service or support related incoming requests such as customer fleet reporting requests
  • Respond to and resolve client issues
  • Engage in continuous performance evaluation and training projects
  • Produce insightful quarterly and annual reviews as agreed with Operations Manager

Requirements

  • Degree in Business or related field
  • Minimum 2 years in customer service role
  • Minimum 1 year working in vehicle leasing industry
  • Experience working with fleet management systems
