Parts Sales Agent

We are working with one of Ireland's leading automotive parts distributors to hire an experience Parts Sales Agent. You will be responsible for the development of automotive parts and providing support to motor factor clients.

The Role:

• Provide phone and email support to clients, assisting with enquiries and resolving issues promptly
• Manage orders through phone, email and online platforms, ensuring precision in order processing
• Act as key liaison with parts warehouse team to ensure seamless coordination and optimal delivery of serviee
• Offer support to field representatives and follow up with customers as needed
• Process invoices, credit notes and customer returns with high accuracy and speed
• Deliver friendly and helpful service, especially when handling technical queries

• 2+ years experience in wholesale automotive parts sales/customer service
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
