Job description

An international leasing company based in Dublin has an opportunity for a Frontline Agent to join their growing team. You will be providing world class customer service to their driver customer base and work alongside a team of outstanding automotive professionals. The Role:

  • Working as part of a team, efficiently and professionally process and log telephone and OCM case enquiries
  • Direct vehicles into the preferred supplier network for repair
  • Build long term proactive relationships with clients and drivers 
  • Develop client trust and confidence by continuing to build on our client's professional image 
  • Maintain consistently high standard of customer service at all times
  • Recommend specific vehicles and arrange test drives for customers 
  • Process quotations and orders for new vehicles
  • Arrange driver related tasks (fuel cards, tax discs etc.)

Requirements

  • Strong background in a customer service environment, ideally in the fleet sector
  • A flexible style who is willing to carry out a variety of tasks on behalf of customers
  • Excellent communication skills with a polite and friendly demeanour
  • Highly IT proficient with excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office 
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills who can immediately build rapport and credibility with colleagues and customers
  • Analytical with the ability to identify process improvement initiatives and have the confidence to make those changes when required
