Frontline Support Specialist

Job description

We are working with a highly established leasing organisation who provide corporate leasing solutions to businesses across Ireland. They are hiring a Frontline Support Specialist to manage the day to day operations of fleet drivers, working closely with third party suppliers and maintaining a high level of customer service with all stakeholders.


The Role:

  • Managing day to day enquiries of fleet drivers and suppliers nationwide including service bookings, accident management and short term hire requests
  • Providing high quality service through daily communication with customers and suppliers
  • Responding to and resolving client issues in an efficient and timely manner
  • Working closely with Maintenance Manager to deliver best in class customer service
  • Engaging in continuous performance evaluation and training projects

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years in customer service role
  • Minimum 1 year working in motor industry
  • Mechanical experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Ability to manage high volume of enquiries and work within a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
