Job description

A highly successful dealership group is seeking a General Manager for its South Dublin premium franchise dealership. The successful candidate will have responsibility for managing both the sales and aftersales functions. 


The Role:

  • Lead all performance results including operations, sales and profit in both sales and aftersales
  • Develop a professional and high performance team culture across all levels of the business
  • Conduct regular management performance reviews for each department
  • Maintain customer service scores that exceed company expectations by ensuring behaviours are in place to create unrivalled customer service
  • Enhance staff quality by providing continuous training, coaching, feedback and recognition, ensuring staff are highly motivated and constantly improving

Requirements

  • Existing General Manager or Dealer Principal with a franchise dealership (both sales and aftersales)
  • Premium brand experience desirable
  • Strong technical knowledge
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong IT and administration skills
