National Sales Executive

Job description

Our client, an award-winning startup in the cycling field is looking for an exceptional B2B Sales Executive to launch their innovative product to market. This is a cutting edge product that meets the needs of a rapidly expanding cycling community in Ireland.

 

The Role:

  • Sourcing new customers and maintaining regular contact with existing customers
  • Travelling to demonstrate products via presentation and educating potential customers about the functions of the product, closing the opportunity
  • Advising customers of updates and new product lines or reselling to existing customers
  • Being familiar with competitors’ activities and products
  • Putting together proposals and tender documents
  • On the road role so diary management is key

Requirements

  • 2 years proven sales record preferred, closing ability must be demonstrated
  • Experience of delivering sales within a blue chip environment desirable
  • Sales/marketing business qualification desirable
  • Communication skills; ability to develop a good rapport with others
  • Ability to deal with pressure (the work is target-led)
  • Business acumen and self motivating skills required to grow business and look always for new opportunities
  • Understanding of sales tendering process an advantage
