Job description

We have an urgent requirement for an Office Manager to join our dealership client based in Carlow town. This award-winning dealership will provide excellent training along with an attractive compensation and benefits package for the right candidate. You must be available to start in the next two weeks.

 

The Role:

  • Responsible for managing cash payments and all bank reconciliation duties
  • Purchasing, invoicing and accounts payable/receivable
  • Updating vehicle stock lists and car sales using relevant IT systems
  • Payment of debit/credit account – supplier payments​
  • Monitor service/parts account
  • Pass purchase invoices for Parts/Subcontractors/Workshop
  • General administrative duties as required
  • ​VRT and online registration
  • Overseeing vehicle change of ownership process
  • NCT bookings
  • ​Manage Director's schedule and diary management

Requirements

  • Motor industry experienced in a similar role
  • Competent with industry accounts packages (ideally Autoview)
  • Flexible and a multitasker
  • Experience working in a busy retail environment
