Job description

Our client, a well established main franchise dealer, is currently looking to hire an experienced and professional Parts Manager for their dealership in North Dublin.


Responsibilities:

  • Define and deliver measurable business improvement in all areas
  • Drive revenue per transaction by motivating upsell and product sales
  • Monitor and control costs in line with the business plan
  • Maximise customer satisfaction through daily analysis
  • Ensure stock integrity is maintained through rigorous checks
  • Day to day responsibility for all staff, encouraging motivating and training as required
  • Ensure manufacturer’s standards are adhered to at all times
  • Set and monitor colleague's individual targets and provide training to support their success.
  • Ensure accurate collection and recording of customer data in line with Group standards

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience as a Parts Manager with a high volume franchise dealer
  • Demonstrable success in achieving impressive results by increasing performance, profitability and efficiency
  • Ability to interpret financial data and communicate effectively to management
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
