Job description

We are working with a new franchise dealership in Dublin in its search for an experienced Sales Manager. You will be responsible for maximising vehicle sales through prospect management and development, lead channeling, sales support and marketing relations.

The Role:

  • Manage the sales department with responsibility for achieving sales and revenue goals for new and used cars
  • Develop policies and procedures for the sales team and implement sales training to increase KPI performance 
  • Forecast and manage inventory needs to achieve planned unit sales volume
  • Review market trends and sales reports to determine customer's needs and volume potential
  • Perform high quality and professional presentation and demonstration of new and used vehicles 
  • Maximise the sales and profitability of vehicles and associated products through customer satisfaction and retention
  • Monitor the CRM system to ensure all prospects are entered and follow up performed properly
  • Initiate sales campaigns coordinated with market programmes and developments
  • Network and build relationships with new and existing client base


  • 3- 5 years proven track record in high volume vehicle sales management
  • Highly process driven with proficiency in DMS systems and KPI setting and monitoring
  • Demonstrable history in exceeded sales targets
  • Ability to motivate a sales team to improve overall KPI performance
