Sales Support Administrator

Job description

We are working with a well known fleet and vehicle leasing business to hire a Sales Support Administrator to join their team in Dublin. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the national sales team.


The Role:

  • Reporting to the Sales Manager, manage the vehicle ordering process and provide operational support to the sales team 
  • Manage relationships with key customers, suppliers and members of the sales team
  • Liaise with vehicle distributors on pricing queries
  • Provide operational support to the sales team in account management
  • Manage inbound leads via fleet and CRM systems 
  • Assist in the creation of social media and online content

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in a similar role in the fleet/leasing sector
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to work on multiple tasks
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office
