The Role:
  • Qualify buyers by understanding their interests and requirements and matching these requirements and interests to various models
  • Close sales by completing sales contracts, offering services, warranties and financing
  • Establish and maintain follow-up system to encourage repeat business and referrals
  • Managing customer database to create new opportunities and ensure existing customer satisfaction
  • Participate in sales meetings and training provided by the dealership and manufacturers
  • Review sales statistics and plan more effectively to improve sales


  • Minimum 2 years franchise dealer sales experience, ideally with a high volume brand
  • Proven track record of meeting set sales goals
  • In-depth awareness of vehicle financing, stock control and trade-ins
  • Strong knowledge of used car valuations
  • IT proficient with Kerridge knowledge a distinct advantage
