Job description

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator for a large automotive dealership group. Based in their multi-franchise dealership in North Dublin, the ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounts administration, as well as excellent organisational and communication skills.

The Role:

  • Manage Accounts Payable and Receivable
  • General ledger management and cash handling
  • Coordinate sales invoices
  • Manage vehicle debtors
  • Ensure compliance with accounting and tax regulations
  • Work closely with the management team to ensure that all financial transactions are accurately recorded
  • Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as needed

Job requirements

  • 2+ years experience in an Accounts Administration role with a franchise dealership
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Excel
