Job description
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator for a large automotive dealership group. Based in their multi-franchise dealership in North Dublin, the ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounts administration, as well as excellent organisational and communication skills.
The Role:
- Manage Accounts Payable and Receivable
- General ledger management and cash handling
- Coordinate sales invoices
- Manage vehicle debtors
- Ensure compliance with accounting and tax regulations
- Work closely with the management team to ensure that all financial transactions are accurately recorded
- Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as needed
Job requirements
- 2+ years experience in an Accounts Administration role with a franchise dealership
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Excel
