Accounts Assistant

We are currently hiring an Accounts Assistant on behalf of a well-established franchised motor dealership in Cork. This role will support the accounts function and assist with the day-to-day financial administration of the business.

The role

• Processing daily bank lodgements

• Completing bank reconciliations

• Assisting with general accounts administration

• Supporting the accounts team with financial records and documentation

• Maintaining accurate data entry and reporting

• Helping ensure smooth financial processes within the dealership

• Previous experience in an accounts administration or accounts assistant role

• Experience with bank reconciliations and lodgements

• Strong attention to detail and organisation

• Comfortable working with financial systems and spreadsheets

• Experience in the motor industry beneficial but not essential
