Job description

We’re recruiting an experienced Aftersales Manager for a well-established franchise dealership in South Dublin. This is a senior leadership role with full responsibility for service, parts and warranty performance, working closely with the senior management team.

The role

  • Lead and manage the service and parts departments

  • Drive aftersales revenue, profitability and customer satisfaction

  • Oversee workshop efficiency, capacity planning and KPIs

  • Manage and develop Service Managers, Advisors and technical teams

  • Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards and processes

  • Play a key role in overall dealership performance and strategy

Job requirements

  • Proven experience as an Aftersales Manager within a franchise dealership or

  • A strong, commercially-minded Service Manager ready to step up

  • Solid understanding of workshop operations, KPIs and manufacturer standards

  • Strong leadership, communication and customer-focused approach
