Aftersales Manager

We are partnering with a multi franchise dealership to hire an Aftersales Manager. You will be a key member of the management team with this successful established automotive business.

The Role:

• Drive overall performance across Service and Parts Departments
• Maximise profitability through the sale of labour, parts and other associated products
• Consistently deliver seamless customer experience through a highly motivate team
• Implement operating policies and standards to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
• Manage the warranty function and coordinate audits
• Monitor and manage workflow to improve service retention
• Identify staff training requirements to meet objectives
• Evaluate employee performance through effective coaching
• Work closely with management on budgets, forecasts and future growth plans

• 3+ years experience in aftersales at managerial level
• 10 years overall experience with a franchise dealership
• Excellent understand of workshop KPIs and workflow
• Ability to provide coaching and leadership
