Job description

We are seeking a Brand Manager to lead the charge in growing and developing a leading automotive brand in Dublin. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive performance, build brand presence, and lead a dedicated team of sales professionals.

The Role:

  • Act as the primary point of contact with the brand's distributor

  • Manage the sale of new and used vehicles, with a focus on passenger and commercial vehicles

  • Drive brand growth by achieving volume and profitability targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction

  • Monitor and manage the performance of Sales Executives, ensuring individual and team KPIs are met

  • Oversee stock ordering and preparation, ensuring readiness for sale

  • Collaborate with the Business Manager to maximise vehicle and finance product sales

  • Implement and maintain compliance with CRM policies, showroom standards and brand incentives

  • Promote the brand through innovative local marketing, social media, sponsorships and events

Job requirements

  • 5+ years sales experience within a franchise dealership

  • Familiar with brand-specific consumer offers, marketing initiatives, incentives and showroom standards.

  • Proven ability to achieve sales and profitability objectives while maintaining high CSI scores

  • Skilled in managing and motivating sales teams, setting individual goals and monitoring performance.

  • Adept at managing stock, reviewing financial reports, and ensuring sales documentation accuracy
