Job description

A leading premium dealership in South Dublin is seeking a Brand Manager to drive brand growth, enhance customer experience and shape sales strategy. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-end, customer-focused environment with ambitious sales targets and a strong presence in the luxury automotive sector.

The role:

  • Sell new and used premium cars, delivering an exceptional customer experience

  • Oversee brand strategy, customer experience and marketing initiatives

  • Manage stock ordering and liaise with the brand distributor

  • Develop and execute customer engagement and conquest sales strategies

  • Drive social media, events and marketing efforts to boost brand visibility

  • Ensure compliance with brand standards and deliver a seamless handover experience

  • Work alongside a high-performing sales team in a dealership experiencing strong growth

Job requirements

  • 5+ years experience in premium brand sales with a Dublin-based franchise dealership

  • Strong background in sales strategy, marketing and brand development

  • Proven ability to engage with high-net-worth customers

  • Experience in social media and event marketing, advantageous

  • A proactive approach with a passion for luxury automotive brands
