Job description

We are partnering with a leading dealership in South Dublin to hire a Brand Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Senior Sales Executive to step up into management and play a key role in driving the performance of one of Ireland’s strongest-performing automotive brands.

The Role:

  • Drive sales of new and used passenger cars, finance and value-add products, consistently achieving monthly targets.

  • Prospect, manage leads and build lasting customer relationships through effective use of CRM tools.

  • Appraise trade-ins and ensure the showroom and vehicle displays meet the highest standards.

  • Act as the dealership’s liaison with the distributor on product, pricing, stock and marketing.

  • Represent the brand locally through dealership marketing, networking and community presence.

  • Deliver outstanding customer experiences, meeting CSI objectives and driving repeat business.

Job requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in high-volume franchise dealer sales.

  • Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets.

  • Strong prospecting and lead management skills.

  • Excellent negotiation, upselling and closing ability.

  • Ambition to move into a leadership role and develop a successful sales team.
