Brand Manager – Wexford

We are recruiting an ambitious Brand Manager for a well-established automotive dealership in Wexford.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced automotive sales professional to take responsibility for a recognised franchise and play a key role in the dealership's continued growth.

The Role

The Brand Manager will lead the sales operation for the franchise and will be responsible for delivering sales, profitability and customer satisfaction targets.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Managing and motivating the sales team

• Driving new and used vehicle performance

• Managing dealership enquiries and sales conversion

• Supporting and closing deals alongside the sales team

• Managing vehicle stock and ageing

• Delivering manufacturer targets and standards

• Monitoring departmental KPIs and profitability

• Developing local sales and marketing activity

• Ensuring an exceptional customer journey
