Brand Manager – High-Volume Automotive Brand

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced automotive Brand Manager to take responsibility for a major, high-volume franchise with one of the Midlands' most prominent dealer groups.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Sales Manager or existing Brand Manager who wants genuine ownership of a brand and the opportunity to build a significant retail operation.

The Role

You will take responsibility for the commercial performance and day-to-day management of the brand, with a particular focus on new vehicle sales, used vehicle activity, team performance and customer experience.

Responsibilities will include:

• Leading the dealership's brand sales operation

• Managing and developing the sales team

• Delivering new and used vehicle volume targets

• Managing manufacturer KPIs and standards

• Driving finance, accessory and related revenue

• Managing stock, ageing and vehicle preparation

• Developing local marketing and lead-generation initiatives

• Monitoring departmental profitability and performance

• Building strong relationships with the manufacturer
