Business Manager

We are working with a franchise dealership group to hire an experienced Business Manager for its North Dublin dealership. You will be responsible for managing the F&I process, working alongside a large team of Sales Executives.

The Role:

• Meet monthly KPIs and targets include finance and product penetration
• Optimise the sale of value-add products
• Inform and coach Sales Executives on the benefits of financial products
• Develop partnerships with key financial providers
• Present monthly performance metrics to management
• Implement an effective customer follow-up and retention policy
• Monitor invoicing, ensuring the prompt collection of outstanding amounts
• Ensure all customer data is effectively recorded
• Comply with financial regulations and legalisation  

• 2+ years experience as a Business Manager with a franchise dealership
• Strong knowledge of F&I processes
• Relevant QFA/APA qualification
• Track record in achieving sales targets
• Excellent presentation skills
• Full clean driver's license
