Business Manager

We are working with a leading franchise dealership to hire an experienced Business Manager. You will be responsible for managing the finance and insurance sales process, ensuring that customers receive the best possible service and advice.

The Role:

• Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for finance and insurance sales
• Ensure continuity of the referral process of customers
• Achieve sales revenue targets set by management
• Optimise the sale of value added products
• Ensure that all paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently
• Develop and manage relationships with key finance providers 
• Ensure that all processes and products comply with company and Central Bank regulations and guidelines
• Keep up to date with competitor consumer offers, rates and market strategies

• Proven track record as a Business Manager with a franchise dealership
• Relevant QFA/CPD qualification
• Ability to present, advise and communicate F&I products and services to customers
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
