Business Manager

A well-established franchised motor dealership in the Louth area is seeking a Business Manager to join its sales team.

This role focuses on arranging vehicle finance, presenting protection products, and supporting the sales team to maximise profitability while ensuring a compliant and customer-focused finance process.

The role

• Arrange and structure vehicle finance packages for retail customers

• Present and sell finance and insurance (F&I) products including protection products and warranties

• Work closely with the sales team to support deal structure and maximise profitability

• Liaise with finance houses and lenders to secure approvals and competitive packages

• Ensure full compliance with regulatory and lender requirements

• Maintain accurate deal documentation and finance files

• Support the dealership in achieving finance penetration and product targets

• Experience in motor finance, business management, automotive sales, or a financial services background such as banking or insurance.

• Strong understanding of finance products and compliance processes

• QFA qualification preferred, but candidates working towards it will also be considered

• Strong communication and customer presentation skills

• Ability to work collaboratively with the sales team and management

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail

What’s on offer

• OTE approximately €80,00

• Basic salary circa €35,000 plus commission

• Monday to Friday working hours

• Support available for candidates completing QFA exams

• Potential guarantee period for the right candidate
