Commercial Partnerships Manager

Job description

We are working with an international finance and insurance business to hire a Commercial Partnerships Manager. This is a new role within the business and you will be responsible for establishing commercial partnerships to support customer growth. You will also be responsible for the development of a national loyalty and customer rewards programme.


The Role:

  • Work closely with Product and Marketing teams to identify, evaluate and select potential affinity partners
  • Negotiate commercial agreements with partners for mutual benefit
  • Develop partner propositions, working towards new business customer growth targets
  • Work with Marketing to develop and implement an annual plan for affiliate partners
  • Grow loyalty programme through increased customer acquisition and engagement 

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in business development or corporate account management
  • Experience in the insurance or financial services industry, preferred
  • Experience in customer loyalty or reward schemes, highly desirable
  • Relevant third level degree; Business, Marketing or similar
  • High commercial acumen with excellent negotiation skills
  • Demonstrable success in building affinity relationships with third party organisation
