We are seeking an outstanding automotive leader to take on the position of Dealer Principal with a highly regarded and well-established South Dublin dealership.

The successful candidate will have overall responsibility for the dealership and will be given the autonomy and support required to drive the business forward.

The Role

As Dealer Principal, you will provide strategic and operational leadership across the entire dealership.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Full responsibility for dealership financial performance

• Leadership of sales, aftersales and administrative functions

• Building and developing a high-performing management team

• Delivering manufacturer objectives and standards

• Developing sales and aftersales growth strategies

• Maintaining an exceptional customer experience

• Managing budgets, forecasts and dealership KPIs

• Developing relationships with the manufacturer and key stakeholders

• Creating a strong, positive and commercially focused dealership culture
