General Manager

Job description

We are exclusively partnering with a multi-franchise dealership to hire a General ManagerReporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Sales and Aftersales functions of this successful dealership group. This role comes with a package of €100k OTE.


The Role:

  • Responsible for profitability in all departments in the dealership
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve monthly and annual forecasts for Sales and Aftersales
  • Recruit, develop and retain the best employees through training and remuneration structures
  • Review KPIs daily for every department and make necessary adjustments to increase production
  • Maintain superior customer service (CSI) through dealership culture

    Requirements

    • Existing General Manager or Dealer Principal with a volume franchise dealership
    • 3+ years franchise dealership management experience
    • Proven track record of successfully meeting and exceeding goals 
    • Demonstrable success in managing a sales team with strong leadership and organisation skills
    • High level of commercial acumen
