We are hiring a General Manager for a successful franchise dealership in Cork. You will be responsible for overseeing both sales and aftersales operations, representing a leading automotive brand in the industry.

The Role:

  • Lead and motivate a team of sales and aftersales professionals, fostering a high-performance culture to achieve dealership objectives
  • Develop and execute robust strategies aimed at maximising sales performance and overall profitability
  • Ensure outstanding customer service and satisfaction levels, ensuring each interaction aligns with the dealership's high standards
  • Work closely with various departments to achieve overall business objectives
  • Act as primary liaison with the distributor regarding performance metrics and brand developments
  • Continuously update and adapt to industry trends and best practices with industry trends and best practices

Job requirements

  • 5+ years experience in franchise dealership sales 
  • 2+ years experience in a sales management or team leadership role
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and lead a team effectively
  • Commercially astute with a solid grasp of KPIs critical to franchise dealership success
