Job description
We are hiring a General Sales Manager for a high-performing, fast-paced franchise dealership. This is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven leader looking to progress their career towards senior dealership management.
The role
Lead and manage the day-to-day performance of the sales team
Drive achievement of unit sales, margin and finance penetration targets
Coach and develop individual team members to consistently achieve KPIs
Oversee vehicle presentation, pricing, and stock rotation to maximise profitability
Collaborate with senior management on strategy, promotions and marketing initiatives
Maintain excellent customer satisfaction and retention levels
Ensure CRM systems and sales process are used effectively across the team
Job requirements
Proven experience as a General Sales Manager or Sales Manager within a franchise dealership
Strong leadership, coaching and team development skills
Demonstrable track record of delivering and exceeding sales targets
Confident managing both new and used vehicle operations
Strong understanding of finance and insurance processes
Excellent organisational, communication, and decision-making abilities
Full clean driving licence
