Senior Parts Advisor

We are partnering with a leading dealership group to recruit an experienced Senior Parts Advisor for their multi-franchise operation in Dublin. This role is crucial in delivering outstanding service and expert parts support.

The Role:

• Manage and process parts requests and orders efficiently

• Communicate lead times, deliveries and pricing with customers and internal teams

• Organise and maintain stock, including regular stock checks

• Promote and sell parts and dealership services

• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies

• Utilise EPC (Electronic Parts Catalogue) to achieve accuracy in parts processing

• Contribute to high levels of customer satisfaction, both internal and external

• Actively support teamwork across departments

• 3+ years experience in a busy Parts Department within a franchise dealership

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeded parts sales targets

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
