Parts Coordinator

We’re working with a franchise dealership in Cavan to recruit an experienced Parts / Stores Coordinator. You’ll be responsible for keeping parts flowing smoothly across the business, making sure Technicians, service teams and customers have what they need, when they need it.

The role

• Managing the day-to-day operation of the parts and stores function

• Receiving, storing, and issuing parts accurately and efficiently

• Maintaining stock control and inventory accuracy

• Monitoring orders and liaising with suppliers to ensure timely delivery

• Supporting parts sales to retail and commercial customers

• Working closely with the service and workshop teams on parts availability and compatibility

• Keeping the parts department organised, compliant, and running smoothly

• Previous experience in an automotive parts or stores role (dealership experience strongly preferred)

• Familiarity with OEM parts systems and vehicle brands is an advantage

• Strong organisational skills with good attention to detail

• Confident communicator with a customer-focused approach

• Able to work independently while contributing positively to a wider team
