Job description

This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned Parts Advisor looking to step up into. As Parts Manager, you’ll take ownership of the Parts Department at a busy franchise dealership, handling all aspects of parts ordering, stock, and customer service in a hands-on capacity.


The Role:

  • Directly manage stock levels to ensure optimal availability of parts
  • Collaborate with suppliers for timely and efficient parts procurement
  • Provide excellent customer service by fulfilling parts orders accurately and promptly
  • Work closely with the service and workshop teams to meet their parts requirements
  • Monitor sales and assist in achieving profitability targets

Job requirements

  • Current Parts Manager or experienced Parts Advisor (3-5 years experience) with a franchise dealership
  • Excellent organisation skills with experience in stock management and using parts catalogue systems
  • Strong customer service skills to efficiently handle parts orders and assist both customers and the service team
  • Self-motivated and hands-on approach, comfortable managing the department independently
