Job description

We are working with a large franchise dealership in Meath to hire a Parts Manager. You will play a key role in driving the success of this busy Parts Department. Reporting to the General Manager you’ll lead the team to achieve profitability and performance targets. 


The Role: 

  • Managing and supervising the Parts Department and team
  • Overseeing department profitability and achieving revenue goals
  • Building and maintaining external trade accounts
  • Keeping the service team and customers updated on part ETAs and any delays
  • Utilising CRM and eVHC systems, such as Autoview and Triage, and meeting KPI targets
  • Performing timely stock checks and maximising manufacturer rebates

Job requirements

  • 3+ years experience as a Parts Manager with a franchise dealership
  • Demonstrable success in meeting targets
  • Solid understanding of CRMs (Autoview is a plus), eVHC systems (Triage preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills
