Product Specialist – Automotive OEM

We are recruiting an experienced and commercially minded Product Specialist to join a major automotive OEM in Ireland.

This is an outstanding opportunity for someone with a strong understanding of the automotive market who wants to progress their career at manufacturer level and play a meaningful role in the positioning, development and success of a high-profile vehicle brand.

Working as part of the wider commercial and product team, you will become a key source of product expertise within the organisation and across its dealer network.

The Role

The Product Specialist will support the management and positioning of the manufacturer's model range within the Irish market.

You will develop a detailed understanding of the brand's vehicles, specification, technology, pricing and competitive positioning while supporting both internal teams and the dealer network.

Responsibilities will include:

• Acting as a key product expert for the Irish market

• Monitoring competitor products, specifications and market developments

• Supporting product launches and new model introductions

• Providing product information and guidance to the dealer network

• Working closely with sales, marketing, training and aftersales teams

• Supporting pricing, specification and model positioning activities

• Producing product presentations, comparisons and supporting materials

• Representing the brand at dealer, media and launch events where required
