Regional Sales Executive

Job description

We are working with a well-known provider of automotive aftermarket products sold through franchised and independent dealerships. They are now looking to hire a Regional Sales Executive for the Munster region. This company is part of a wider global organisation, synonymous with the provision of a high standard of aftercare. This is a field-based position with Monday to Friday working and would suit someone with a background in dealership business development or sales.


    The Role:

    • Sell aftermarket products to dealerships in the Munster area
    • Acquire new customers through targeted lead generation, referrals and cold calling
    • Establish and maintain relationships with franchise and independent dealer clients in the region
    • Carry out presentations to members of dealership management
    • Effectively manage the sales pipeline, ensuring targets are met
    • Utilise knowledge of industry, product and competitors to manage business opportunities
    • Act as point of contact for existing customers in relation to post-sale queries
    • Prepare weekly sales reports and analysis for sales management 

      Requirements

      • 3+ years in a business development role within the automotive retail sector
      • Demonstrable track record in achieving sales targets
      • Salesforce knowledge (or equivalent), advantageous 
      • Full clean driving license
      • Ability to travel
