Job description

We are hiring an experienced Sales Executive on behalf of a high volume franchise dealership. This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the leading dealers in its network, working with a brand currently in the top 5 in Ireland.

The Role:

  • Responsible for promoting and selling new and used vehicles to prospective customers
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets set by the management, utilising effective sales techniques and strategies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing personalised assistance, addressing enquiries and ensuring a positive buying experience
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of vehicles, including features, specifications and benefits, to effectively communicate their value proposition to potential buyers
  • Proactively generate leads through various channels, including referrals, networking, online platforms and other marketing initiatives
  • Assist customers in exploring financing options, explaining payment plans and promoting additional accessories or extended warranties to maximise sales opportunities
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities and latest offerings to effectively position the brand and identify potential areas for growth
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of all sales-related documentation
  • Maintain regular contact with customers post-purchase to ensure their satisfaction, address any concerns and explore potential referral opportunities

Job requirements

  • 3+ years proven sales experience with a high volume franchise dealership
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales-related tools
  • CPD qualification, advantageous
