High-volume franchise dealer seeks Sales Executive. €80k+ OTE, co. car & fuel. Commission on profit.

Job description

We’re recruiting an experienced Sales Executive for a high-volume franchise dealership with a strong catchment across Kildare, Dublin and surrounding areas.

The role

  • Sell new and used vehicles in a fast-paced, high volume dealership

  • Deliver a professional, process-driven customer experience from enquiry to handover

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships

  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales and profit targets

  • Maximise earnings through finance, insurance and value-add products

  • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge across new model ranges

Job requirements

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Sales Executive within a franchise dealership

  • Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets

  • Strong, process-driven approach with excellent attention to detail

  • Highly customer-focused, professional and comfortable working in a high-volume sales environment
