Job description

A well-established franchise dealership in the Louth area is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual to sell new and used vehicles while delivering a high level of customer service throughout the sales process.

The role

  • Sell new and used vehicles to retail customers

  • Manage the full sales process from enquiry through to vehicle handover

  • Build strong relationships with customers and generate repeat and referral business

  • Promote finance, protection products and other ancillary services

  • Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up activity in the CRM system

  • Work closely with the sales and management team to achieve monthly targets

  • Maintain high standards of showroom presentation and customer experience

Job requirements

  • 2+ years’ sales experience within a franchised dealership

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • Motivated by targets and performance-based earnings

  • Professional approach with a strong focus on customer service

  • Full driving licence

What’s on offer

  • OTE approximately €80,000

  • Basic salary circa €35,000 plus commission structure

  • Additional earnings through product sales and brand incentives
