We are hiring a Sales Executive for a leading dealership specialising in premium brand vehicles. Known for its commitment to excellence and superior customer service, this dealership offers an exceptional buying experience to its clientele. You will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, achieving sales targets and building lasting relationships with clients.


The Role:

  • Engage with customers,  providing detailed information about the premium brand vehicles and their features
  • Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial consultation to final sale, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all vehicles, including specifications, features and competitive advantages. 
  • Achieve monthly sales targets by effectively managing leads, conducting test drives and closing sales
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals
  • Conduct post-sale follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns or questions
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities and industry developments to provide insightful feedback to the management team
  • Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure a cohesive and customer-centric approach

Job requirements

  • 3+ years proven experience in automotive sales with a premium brand
  • Strong understanding of the sales process and customer relationship management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of professionalism and a customer-first attitude
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Full clean driver’s license.
