Job description

We are hiring an experienced Sales Manager for a busy, high-performing franchise dealership. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and is confident managing both people and process to deliver strong results.

The role

  • Lead and manage the day-to-day performance of the sales team

  • Ensure monthly unit targets, margin, and finance penetration goals are achieved

  • Support and coach individual team members to hit personal and team KPIs

  • Oversee vehicle presentation, pricing, and stock rotation

  • Collaborate with senior management on strategy and promotions

  • Maintain strong customer satisfaction and retention levels

  • Drive efficient use of CRM systems and sales process compliance

Job requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager within a franchise dealership

  • Strong leadership and team development skills

  • Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets

  • Comfortable managing both new and used vehicle operations

  • Knowledge of finance and insurance processes

  • Strong organisational, communication and decision-making abilities

  • Full driving licence
