We are seeking a Senior Sales Executive to join a multi-franchise dealership in Kildare that is experiencing a significant phase of growth and expansion. The Role:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets in both new and used car sales
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business
  • Conduct comprehensive needs analysis to recommend appropriate vehicles that meet customers’ needs
  • Manage and oversee the sales process from initial contact through to post-sale follow-up
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional activities to increase brand awareness and sales opportunities
  • Negotiate sales terms, trade-ins and financing options with transparency and integrity
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring all customer queries and concerns are addressed promptly
  • Stay informed about the automotive industry, including new models, technological advancements and competitive strategies
  • Prepare regular sales reports for dealership management, highlighting sales volumes and potential sales

Job requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in franchise dealership sales
  • Proven track record in new and used car sales
  • Strong understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Excellent understanding of the automotive market in Ireland
