Senior Sales Executive

We are hiring a Senior Sales Executive for a leading, high-volume franchise dealership in Dublin. This dealership carries a large used car stock and has an expanding used car department, backed by a dedicated buying resource. The role

• Drive new and used car sales in a high-volume dealership environment

• Manage the full sales process from initial customer enquiry to deal closure

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring an excellent buying experience

• Provide expert guidance on vehicle options, financing and additional products

• Work closely with the used car buying team to maximise stock turnover and profitability

• Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels

• Use dealer management systems to track sales activity and customer interactions

• Stay updated on market trends and competitor activity to maximize opportunities

• Support dealership events, promotions, and marketing initiatives

• Work collaboratively with aftersales and finance teams to deliver a seamless service

• 5+ years of automotive sales experience in a franchise dealership (new and used cars)

• Strong understanding of the Irish used car market

• Proven track record in customer service and achieving sales targets

• Experience using DMS

• A results-driven mindset with excellent communication skills
