Senior Sales Executive

We are hiring a Senior Sales Executive for a well-established franchise dealership in South Dublin, part of a leading dealer group. Representing a Top 5 best-selling new car brand, this dealership also retails a high volume of used cars in a structured, process-driven environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing team with excellent earning potential.

The Role:

• Sell new and used cars in a high-volume dealership

• Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a smooth sales process

• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial enquiry to handover

• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs

• Stay up to date with brand and product training

• Work within a process-oriented sales environment

• 3+ years sales experience with a high-volume new car brand

• Strong background in used car sales

• Ability to thrive in a structured, process-driven dealership

• Excellent customer service, negotiation, and closing skills

• A results-driven mindset with a focus on exceeding targets

• Full, clean driving licence
